Warm sunny days are here and Summer fruits and vegetables are soon going to be ready for harvest. Vegetables that are ready in the garden in May include lettuce, Swiss chard, fennel, red-veined sorrel, green onions, potatoes, beets, collards, kale, fava beans, and green onions.
