Urban Eco-Farm Self Guided Nature Walk

Service Description

Take up to 2 hours to enjoy a private walk in the conservation forest at Cloverfield Organic Farm. Stay on the horse trails and bring your camera as you may catch glimpses of wildlife and mushrooms in the forest. You might also want to bring a small picnic blanket and a picnic basket. Small groups of five or less may participate. A single well-behaved dog on a leash is permitted, but your dog must not visit other parts of the farm where we are growing and cultivating our organic crops for u-picking (State Food & Health Safety Regulation). Sights to be seen include eucalyptus trees, California Bay Laurel trees, California Black walnut trees, Himalayan wild blackberries, Coyote brush, California wild plum trees, Blue Elderberries, Miner's lettuce, and more. We require you to sign a Release of Liability form to participate in this activity. Some potential hazards include tripping and falling, exposure to poison oak, wildlife attacks, and falling branches. Participants must be in good health and physical condition. Stay on the horse trails and don't damage the forest flora and fauna. Participants must keep the pasture gate closed and not disturb our forest horse, Magic Ben. All items you take with you into the forest but be brought back out. We have a trash can you can use to dispose of your garbage. Participants must stay within the fenced confines of the 3 acres of our urban conservation forest.
