Persicaria odorata, or rau ram. Traditional spicy herb from southeast Asia. Used in pho and other dishes to give a peppery cilantro flavor and nutrition. Our herbs are grown in biointensive beds of microbially-active soil in the direct sun. We fresh harvest the herb and air-dry it before it is shipped. If we need to fresh harvest to fill your order, it will take up to three weeks to be packaged and shipped.
