Persicaria odorata, or rau ram.  Traditional spicy herb from southeast Asia.  Used in pho and other dishes to give a peppery cilantro flavor and nutrition.  Our herbs are grown in biointensive beds of microbially-active soil in the direct sun.  We fresh harvest the herb and air-dry it before it is shipped.  If we need to fresh harvest to fill your order, it will take up to three weeks to be packaged and shipped. 
 
Our rau ram, or Vietnamese coriander, is certified organic by OCIA and the Real Organic Project.  Doesn't get any better than that.
