We grow organic strawberry mint under our grape vines.  We harvest the mint when it is in full-bloom and when it has peak delicious fruity flavor.  The intoxicating aroma is invigorating and enticing.  It can be used in recipes, syrups and cordials, teas, and herbal preparations.
