Young leaves and buds of borage are cut and air dried in the open air.  Certified USDA organic by CCOF and also the Real Organic Project.  Grown outdoors in the full sun in rich organic soil.  Has a sweet cucumber flavor.
 
We sometimes have some borage herb dried and ready to ship, and other times we may need to fresh pick and dry it for you.  Drying can take a week or two.  We usually ship on Mondays.
