Centaurea cyanus. Heirloom strain of pure double blue cornflowers, or bachelor's buttons. Seedheads each contain multiple seeds and can be strewn to grow like wildflowers. Flowers are long stemmed, edible, and easy to grow. They sometimes naturalize.
