These are the prized Cascade Hops variety used to make aromatic and bitter IPA beers. They have a delicious pineapple citrus character.  They can also be used medicinally in teas to promote good sleep.
 
During the harvest season in August through early September you can come u-pick fresh organic hops.  A full pint of fresh organic hops cones sells for $6.
