Freshly picked and air-dried epazote leaves.  Epazote provides a nutritious and distinctive flavor to Mexican dishes such as refried beans, enchiladas, or tacos.  The herb helps make beans more digestible.
 
We grow the epazote in organically-amended soil.  It is certified organic by both CCOF and the Real Organic Project.
