We compensate our farm interns at a starting wage of $17.17/hour. We provide farm interns with a Cloverfield Organic Farm t-shirt and farm interns have the opportunity to purchase additional farm attire at half the cost.

Should be capable of moderately strenuous outdoor work, including extensive time on feet, bending, shoveling, squating, and lifting. Have healthy tolerance for all weather conditions.
